StackLyft

Trade job management software that runs your way.

StackLyft is the CRM that bends to your trade. Quoting, scheduling, job cards, invoicing and Xero, built for Australian sparkies, plumbers, builders and chippies, whether you run one van or thirty. If something doesn't work the way your business does, we change it. No extra charge.

Everything a trade business runs on

Every enquiry in one list with where it came from and what happened next, and a text back to a new one straight away instead of a callback on Monday. Every customer, site and contact in one place, synced with Xero so you're not keying the same details in twice. Itemised quotes out the same day: send one, see when they open it, and turn it into a job the moment they say yes, with the plans measured up on the quote itself and the quantities pushed onto the estimate at your own rates. The whole job then sits in one place: quote, schedule, materials, timesheets, purchase orders and site photos, no hunting through the ute for a docket. Drag someone onto a job and they've got the address, the scope and somewhere to log updates before they leave the yard. Stock on hand across the shed and the vans, with a floor level that warns you before you run out, the delivery docket read in on arrival, and the cost landing on the job when it's drawn. Invoices build themselves off the finished job and land in Xero, and overdue reminders go out without you chasing anyone. The customer gets their own page on the job, showing the schedule, their selections, their invoices and somewhere to ask a question, and you choose what they see, job by job. Then the numbers you'll actually use: labour markup, material margin, quote win rate, what each job made, in plain figures, no accountant needed to read them.

Trusted by Australian trade businesses

Kennett Gas Services, Bradley Trade Services, Harrison Kitchens & Cabinets and RA Resurfacing run their quoting, scheduling and invoicing on StackLyft.

Quote to paid, no double handling

Each step sets up the next one. They accept the quote and the job is already there. You finish the job and the invoice is already drafted. Xero chases the money while you knock off.

Momo, the AI inside your CRM

Ask your business a question in plain English. Momo reads your live jobs, quotes, invoices and timesheets and answers from the real numbers, and it never changes data without asking. It's included like everything else: one platform fee, no tiers, no feature gates.

Built and supported in Adelaide

Setup is done in an afternoon and there's no credit card to start. Support is the small team who built StackLyft, on the phone seven days, 7am–9pm ACST. Start the 14-day free trial and keep it if it earns its keep.

Questions

How much does trade job management software cost?

Ours is 49 a month ex GST for the platform, and that includes your first Full Access user. After that it is $69 a month for each extra Full Access user and $29 for each Mobile Only user, which is the seat for people who work off a phone and never open the office side. There are no tiers and nothing is held back for a bigger plan. Most job management software in Australia charges a full rate for every user, so the comparison usually turns on how many of your crew only ever need a phone.

Does it work with Xero?

Yes, and the sync runs both ways as things happen. Customers, invoices and payments move in both directions, so an invoice raised on a finished job is in Xero straight away and a payment reconciled in Xero shows as paid in StackLyft. Xero is the only accounting package we connect to today. There is no MYOB or QuickBooks sync, and if that is where your books live it is a fair reason to look elsewhere.

Can I use it on my phone?

Yes. StackLyft is on the App Store and Google Play, and it is the same app on iPhone and Android, so nobody is stuck with a cut-down version. It runs in a browser as well if someone would rather not install anything. On site it does the day's schedule and job briefs, GPS clock on and off, site check-in, JSAs and safety forms signed on the phone, job photos and notes, materials and expenses from the van, and marking a job done. Offline support is limited, so you want coverage or Wi-Fi.

Does it handle enquiries before they're customers?

Yes, that's the leads side of it. An enquiry sits in its own list with where it came from, what they want, who's on it and how it ended, whether it arrived off your website form, by email, or as a call you took standing on site. New ones can get an automatic text back under your name, and there is an agent that will hold the whole conversation by text and hand over to a person when it is worth one. When it turns into work the customer, the site and the quote build off the enquiry rather than being typed again, and the reporting tells you which sources are actually worth what you pay for them. We have not published pricing on the AI tools, so ring us about those.

Can it keep track of stock?

Yes. There is a Stock page carrying what is on hand, where it is kept (shed, van or bay), a minimum level per item, a reorder quantity, and an alert to a named person when something runs low. Every movement sits on a ledger so you can see what went where and why. Goods In reads a delivery docket and matches the lines against what was ordered, and Reorder turns everything that is low into one purchase order per supplier. Two limits worth knowing before you switch: the quantity is one figure per item rather than a separate count held against each van, and there is no barcode scanning.

How long does setup take?

Most crews are running by knock-off the same day. Send us your customer list, connect Xero, and we walk you through the rest on a call, one on one, rather than pointing you at a help article. If you are bringing job history across from another system, we do that migration with you.

Do I need a contract?

No. It is month to month, there is no setup fee and there is no lock-in. Add a seat when you put someone on and remove it when they leave, and it stops billing on the next cycle. The trial is fourteen days of the full platform with no credit card, so there is nothing to cancel if you decide against it.

What happens to my data if I leave?

You take it with you. Export the lot whenever you like, and if you are leaving, tell us and we will do the export for you rather than making it hard. Your data is hosted in Australia and encrypted at rest, and it stays yours the whole time, not just on the way out.

What does "100% customisable" really mean?

If a button, a field, a form or a report doesn't suit how you work, tell us and we change it for your account. No extra charge, usually inside a week. Anything bigger, a whole instance built around your business, is a separate job and we price it separately.
